About Us

Our Journey started back in 1998 when our first outlets was opened in Malad West by the name Landmark Restaurant Veg Diet. Initially we had only the ground floor seating arrangements which consisted of a non-ac section and outdoor seating along with an indoor family ac section. A few months later after acquiring the first floor we opened a restaurant & Banquets there. In 2005 we added a fully air-conditioned pillar-less Banquet hall in Goregaon East by the name Landmark Marriage & Party Hall which can accommodate anywhere between 300-2500 capacity.

Our next venture was a Veg & Non-Veg restaurant by the name Silver Oaks at Malad West which was the first one to have a Non-Veg option with a bar. We also have 5 Banquets with capacity ranging from 40pax-600pax. Next, we entered the space of hotels with our first outlet in Malad West by the name Landmark Residency which has in total 25 rooms .15 Deluxe rooms & 10 Executive Rooms. It also has a Pure Veg Restaurant located on the 1st floor of the same building. If also has a banquet hall with the capacity of 40-100 pax. Next Venture also based in Malad West is a Non-Veg Restaurant with bar by the name Beyond also having Banquets by the name Sheetal Banquets.

It also has 20 rooms by the name Sheetal Residency.16 Deluxe rooms,2 Super Deluxe Rooms,2 Executive Rooms.

Our newest venture located in Borivali West by the name Landmark Restaurant Veg Diet is a pure vegetarian restaurant which resembles our 1st venture.
